We use our five senses—hearing, sight, touch, taste, and smell—one by one to learn about ourselves and others. This practice empowers you to perceive and act through the heart rather than the ego. Our sessions include contemplative meditation, breathing techniques, and the recitation of traditional mantras to boost internal vibration.

Qigong Healing: A Service to Others
Qigong Healing is the combined understanding of the energies of nature, the earth, and the outer universes to achieve healing for others. Because this is a traditional service intended for the benefit of humanity, Qigong Healing is provided freely to those living with illness.
