We offer Lung Ying Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Tai Wu Qi Gong, and donation-based Meditation.

How can I support your community?

You can support us by donating, attending our events, or participating in healing sessions.

Is prior experience needed to join?

No prior experience is necessary; our classes cater to all skill levels and ages.

What is your approach to wellness?

We focus on authentic Buddhist and Taoist principles to enhance body, mind, and spirit.

Do you offer memberships?

We do not currently offer memberships. Most of our classes are charged at 15€ per class.

How do I start a Tai Chi class?
